  • Acknowledgements
    • In addition to the monthly installment or extension amount, I must also pay new current charges by the stated due date for the duration of the plan.
    • This request for payment arrangement or extension must be requested by the customer of record or individual authorized to act on the customer's behalf.
    • This request will first be reviewed by Hawaiian Electric personnel for eligibility and acceptance (estimated processing time is one to two business days).
    • If my request for payment arrangement or extension is approved, failure to comply will result in cancellation of said payment arrangement plan or extension. Following cancellation, my account will revert to the collections process, which may include physical disconnection of service. I understand that future requests for a payment arrangement may not be granted without prior up-front payment.
